Join us for a pay-what-you-can SUP Yoga class this Saturday at 2pm (08/12/17) or Tuesday at 11am (08/15/17). These classes are designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. Sign up through the MINDBODY app (note if the app does not display the donation class please email firstname.lastname@example.org instead).
No experience necessary. Reservation required. Weather related cancellation sent out 90 minutes prior to class.
