Before you hit the town on Friday night prep your mind and body with a high intensity 45 minute SUP Yoga class. This specialized session targets each section of the abdominal area and key back muscles that will leave your center strong and in balance.
This class will be limited to a maximum of five students which will allow the teacher to give special attention to each individual.
Offered only for the month of June. No experience necessary. Namaslay, yogis.
